For leak detection:
Just place the sensor (suction cup up) at the lowest point of the floor or other horizontal surface where water collects. The alarm will sound if water bridges between the two contacts. Alarm can be table, shelf, or wall mounted away from the sensor

For unattended filling of bathtubs, pools, spas, etc:
Use the section cup to attach the sensor to any smooth vertical surface. The buzzer will sound when the water reaches both metal contacts on the sensor

What is RootX?
RootX is a product designed to kill roots in water pipelines. RootX foams on contact with water, controlling and eliminating the root problem.
What does RootX do?
RootX will warranty that pipeline diameters of 6 inches or smaller, treated with RootX, will not plug or back up due to a living tree root obstruction for a period of 12 months. RootX will warranty that pipeline diameters of 8 inches or larger, treated with RootX, will not plug or back up due to a living tree root obstruction for a period of 24 months.
This guarantee applies only to pipeline stoppages caused by live tree roots. It does not apply to stoppages caused by grease or other foreign matter; flat, collapsed, or deformed pipe; or flooding caused by a surcharge or plugged pipe downstream from the treated section.
If within the designated warranty time for specific pipe sizes a blockage occurs due to live tree roots in a RootX treated section, RootX will replace the amount of RootX used for that section of pipe at no cost. This warranty covers the RootX product only and will not compensate for service time or labor.
